Pros: Job security here is pretty solid for administrative assistant roles, especially in the Boston office. We rarely saw layoffs, which is good in the commercial real estate industry. The benefits package is decent, and you typically stick to a 9-5 schedule in this onsite role.
Cons: Career growth is really slow as an Office Administrator. There aren't many opportunities to move up, so it can feel a bit stagnant after a while. The work can also get repetitive, and flexibility isn't really an option.
