Decent Remote Work, But Some Flexibility Gaps
Pros: As a Customer Success Specialist, I really appreciated the fully remote setup. It's a huge plus for a startup like Bereev to offer that. The company really trusts us with our schedules, which is great for work-life balance in the digital legacy industry.
Cons: However, while it's remote, real-time meetings often mean less flexibility than advertised. Sometimes I felt like my schedule was still dictated by others. It's not a truly asynchronous culture, which can be tough for a remote role.
Advice to Management: Really lean into asynchronous work to make the remote setup truly flexible for everyone, not just on paper. Empower teams more to manage their own time.
