Pros: You always get paid on time, which is good. The basic health benefits are there, which is a plus for a role as a Retail Associate. It's a pretty stable job in the retail industry, which is nice.
Cons: The salary isn't competitive at all, especially for living in Kuala Lumpur. Raises are super small, almost non-existent for frontline retail staff. There aren't many extra perks or performance bonuses to make up for it.
Advice to Management: Management needs to seriously look at increasing wages to match the current market. Better benefits, like more comprehensive medical or transport allowances, would really help retain good staff, especially for those working long onsite shifts in the Kuala Lumpur stores. It'd boost morale a lot.
