Decent Team Culture, But Work Can Be Heavy

Pros: The team at this interior design firm is genuinely collaborative. Everyone in the Kuala Lumpur office helps out. It's a pretty supportive vibe for Interior Designer roles.
Cons: Sometimes the work culture encourages long hours. You often feel pressure to stay late on big architectural projects. It can definitely impact your personal time. There isn't much recognition for extra effort.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into work-life balance. Reward people for their hard work. And maybe make expectations clearer around project deadlines. A little more flexibility for the design team would go a long way too. Show more
