Okay Balance, But Demanding Production Work
Pros: For most manufacturing roles, the core hours are pretty stable here. You generally get weekends off, which is a big plus for work-life balance. It's a decent setup for a mid-sized corporate company.
Cons: As a Production Supervisor, the workload can be heavy, especially during peak production schedules. Overtime isn't always fairly compensated, which really impacts your personal time. Sometimes you're stuck on the factory floor much later than planned.
Advice to Management: Please improve overtime compensation policies and better manage production schedules to prevent burnout among employees, especially those on the front lines.
