Team's Good, But Culture Needs Work

Pros: The team I worked with in the Kuala Lumpur office was genuinely solid. Everyone, especially the other Administrative Assistant staff, was really supportive. It's not a huge corporate company, so you do feel like part of a smaller group.
Cons: The company culture can get pretty intense. There's a constant pressure to perform, which sometimes leads to feeling overworked. It often felt like a startup trying to run before it could walk, leading to long hours that impacted my work-life balance.
Advice to Management: Management should focus on creating a healthier work environment. It's tough when expectations are really high without the proper resources or support to back it up. A better work-life balance would boost morale for the administration team. Show more
