Okay Work-Life, If You Manage It Well

Pros: The hybrid model is definitely a plus; I can WFH a few days a week, which helps. My team for software development is pretty solid and supportive when things get crazy. There are periods with manageable workloads too.
Cons: For a Junior Software Developer, deadlines can be super tight, especially at sprint ends. This often means working late hours to hit targets in the Kuala Lumpur office. It's tough to truly disconnect sometimes.
Advice to Management: Try to better distribute project workloads and set more realistic timelines. Support team leads in protecting their team's time from constant late-night demands. Show more
