Pros: You'll get hands-on experience with different aspects of e-learning content development, which is great if you're new to the industry. The team in the Kuala Lumpur office is generally supportive, and you can learn from senior instructional design colleagues.
Cons: Career progression for a Learning Designer here is pretty slow, honestly. There aren't many clear upward paths in this education tech company, and I haven't seen much in the way of professional development or training opportunities offered.
Advice to Management: Implement clearer career ladders and invest more in training programs for all employees. This would help a lot with retention and boost morale.
