RPO BUSINESS Identify, plan and develop potential key accounts for various HR payroll outsourcing products. PAYROLL MANAGEMENT Experience in pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits Administration of payroll. Provide support such as claims, payroll, and invoices payroll process outsourcing, monthly HR report to clients and HR-related documentation, such as service contract of employees, administrative documentation works Interpreting and advising on employment law; Management of grievances and disciplinary of employees Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date and accurate.
