Pros: The team is solid. We really help each other out in the Kuala Lumpur office. You get decent experience in the healthcare industry, especially for new medical staff.
Cons: Work flexibility is a huge challenge here. As a Nurse, you're pretty much locked into rigid shifts. It's tough to get any WFH options, even for administrative tasks. The scheduling department doesn't always listen to requests for nursing roles.
Advice to Management: Management needs to seriously rethink how scheduling works for clinical staff. More options for flexible hours or even a hybrid model for some administrative parts of nursing roles would make a huge difference. Listen to your employees' needs regarding work-life balance.
