Pros: The team spirit among us on the production floor is really good; we help each other out daily. It's a stable job, which is a big plus for anyone in glass manufacturing roles. You pick up valuable skills in fabrication here.
Cons: Leadership often seems out of touch with what's happening. They don't provide clear direction for project goals or career paths for us onsite workers. It creates a lot of guesswork in the Kuala Lumpur plant.
Advice to Management: Spend more time understanding the day-to-day challenges of your production teams. Provide clearer guidance and better support for career advancement, especially for manufacturing technicians. Your decisions impact the whole glass fabrication process.
