Leadership at CEL has room to grow.

Pros: Some managers genuinely try to support you. They're often open to hearing ideas, especially if you're a Logistics Coordinator looking to streamline a small process. The team spirit among colleagues is solid, which makes up for some of the higher-level issues.
Cons: The biggest issue is inconsistent decision-making from the top. There's not always a clear strategy for the freight forwarding business. It feels like they change direction pretty often, which makes planning your work hard. We don't always feel heard by upper management.
Advice to Management: Try to create a clearer vision for the company's future. Listen more to the frontline staff, like us Logistics Coordinators, because we see the daily challenges in supply chain operations. Consistent decisions would really help everyone. Show more
