Leadership at GFM Services: Decent, but Room to Grow

Pros: As a Site Operations Manager, I've appreciated that the senior team really knows their stuff when it comes to facilities management. It's a stable corporate environment, which feels secure in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Cons: Sometimes, communication from top leadership is just too slow, especially for new property maintenance projects. Decisions often feel made without much input from us onsite managers, and that's frustrating.
Advice to Management: Try to improve communication channels, especially to onsite teams. Involve managers more in strategic planning for integrated facilities services; it would make a big difference. Show more
