Okay for starting out, growth kinda stalls.
Pros: I got to work on lots of different ship repair projects, which was great experience as a Marine Technician. You really learn a lot hands-on in the marine services industry here. It's solid for building foundational skills.
Cons: Career growth here isn't great, especially if you want to move up quickly. There aren't many senior roles opening up, so advancement for marine roles can feel pretty slow. It's a smaller company, so options are limited.
Advice to Management: Management should create clearer career paths and offer more development programs for their Marine Technicians. It would help retain talent in the marine services industry. Show more
