Okay Culture, but Can Be Demanding

Pros: The team in the Shah Alam office is pretty tight-knit. We often have small team lunches, which is nice for morale in this fast-paced logistics industry. There's a decent sense of camaraderie amongst fellow Logistics Coordinators.
Cons: The company culture here can feel a bit old-school, especially for a mid-sized company. Sometimes management doesn't seem to value employee feedback, which is tough. Work-life balance suffers when you're always crunching to meet deadlines for operations roles.
Advice to Management: Listen more to the ground staff and consider new ideas for improving work processes. Better work-life balance would help a lot, especially for those in freight forwarding roles. Update your approach to employee engagement. Show more
