Culture Is Fine, But Support Could Be Better

Pros: The people I worked with in the corporate services department were genuinely friendly. It's a pretty stable company, which is good for those new to the accounting and administrative support industry.
Cons: There isn't much structured guidance for new hires, especially in the Kuala Lumpur office. You kind of have to figure things out on your own, which can be tough in an onsite work environment.
Advice to Management: Implement a more robust mentorship program for new Corporate Services Associates. It would really help with employee retention and overall team knowledge. Show more
