Founded by Mr. Ho Hoi Ying, Candid Marine Engineering Pte Ltd (Reg. No. 198305135W) was established in August 1980. The company had humble beginning providing marine related services at a Japanese shipyard in Singapore.

Over the years the company has grown to become renowned contractor servicing several major shipyards in Singapore and beyond.

Our vision is to be a world class marine and offshore contracting company and service provider, delivering service of the highest standards. We are determined to achieve superior performance and deliver quality service to meet our customer's needs and expectation consistently.

The Company's philosophy is rooted "Kaizen" imbued into its culture derived from early years when working with the Japanese yards. Continuous improvement and a spirit of excellence are our driving principles. This has been the driving force in every undertaking, be it new building, conversions of repair works. The company has built a multi-facet skill workforce which is never lacking in enthusiasm in that pursuit.
