Solid Job Security in Manufacturing

Pros: Job security at CEI Industries is really solid. As a Manufacturing Engineer, I always felt secure because of consistent industrial manufacturing orders. It's an established corporate company in Penang, Malaysia.
Cons: Career growth can feel pretty slow, though. Opportunities for advancement aren't always clear, especially for technical roles. Plus, it's strictly an onsite job, so work flexibility is zero.
Advice to Management: Focus on creating clearer career pathways and development programs for existing employees. A little more flexibility, even small things, could go a long way for morale in onsite roles. Show more
