At Mags Sdn Bhd, we nurture talents and take them to greater heights. It is the partnership between our people, clients and competitors that drives us forward. We have grown rapidly since our establishment in 2009 and now we have moved to our own office which is conveniently located in Menara Bangkok Bank, Kuala Lumpur. We are next to Bukit Nanas monorail station and nearby Dang Wangi and KLCC LRT station.

Leadership needs some serious work here
Pros: I liked the team dynamic; everyone's pretty collaborative, especially for engineering roles. The hybrid work model is also a plus, it gives decent flexibility.
Cons: Leadership can be really inconsistent in the Kuala Lumpur office. There's often a lack of clear direction for software development projects, which makes planning tough. It's frustrating when managers don't back their teams.
Advice to Management: Focus on developing stronger, more consistent leadership training for managers. Give teams clearer strategic guidance for projects. Show more
