Decent Culture, But Can Be Stiff for Property Roles
Pros: The team is pretty supportive, especially as a Property Manager in the Kuala Lumpur office. We often have regular team lunches and outings, which helps build camaraderie among staff. It's a pretty friendly environment overall for a mid-sized corporate.
Cons: Sometimes the company culture feels a bit rigid, not much room for new ideas. Decision-making can be slow, which impacts our real estate management projects. There's not always clear communication from top leadership.
Advice to Management: Try to be more open to employee suggestions and streamline decision-making. Better communication from leadership would really help boost morale and efficiency across our real estate projects. Show more
