Our group was established since 1997 and our factory was conveniently located in Ipoh which consists production area of 4050m2 and office area of 150m2. Our Production Area comprises various type of lamination and winding machines with capability up to 6 Meters diameters, 12 Meters Length and 20 Tonnes Weight. Our service team is backed by Engineers, Supervisors, Assistant Supervisor, Skilled Worker and a group of general workers. Our mission was providing the best solutions against environmental pollution.

Solid Team, Demanding Work in Chemical Engineering
Pros: The company culture is pretty good here. Everyone in the Kuala Lumpur office is supportive, especially on big chemical engineering projects. We often have team lunches, which builds good camaraderie.
Cons: Sometimes the workload for Process Engineer roles gets really heavy. There isn't much work flexibility; most roles are strictly onsite. Career growth feels a bit slow.
Advice to Management: Try to balance the workload better for engineers. Look into offering more flexibility. Show more
