Junior Process Engineer

Decent culture, but quite a traditional vibe.

Pros: The team in the Shah Alam office is pretty supportive. Everyone helps out, especially as a Junior Process Engineer learning the ropes in chemical manufacturing. There's a strong sense of camaraderie among colleagues; it makes the day-to-day bearable.
Cons: The company culture can feel a bit rigid. New ideas don't always get traction easily. It's very hierarchical, which slows down decision-making. Sometimes it feels like they stick to old ways.
Advice to Management: Try to be more open to new ideas from junior staff. Empower teams to make decisions faster; it'll boost morale and efficiency. Show more
