Career Growth is a Bit Stagnant Here

Pros: The team here is great, really supportive when you're working on tight deadlines for corporate events. You learn a lot about quick problem-solving in the event management industry. The work itself can be fun, especially seeing an event come together.
Cons: Career growth here is definitely a challenge. There aren't clear paths for Event Coordinator roles to move up. Promotions are rare, and it feels like you're stuck in project-based roles without much opportunity to lead or grow your skills beyond the day-to-day.
Advice to Management: Please create a more defined career progression framework. It would help retain talent in the event management industry, especially for those who want to grow beyond their initial role. Show more
