Decent place to start, but growth is slow

Pros: You get hands-on experience with CAD software and actual building permits pretty quickly, which is great for an Architectural Intern just starting out. The team in the Kuala Lumpur office is supportive and always willing to teach. It's an onsite role, so you're always learning directly from senior staff.
Cons: Career progression for junior architect roles feels pretty capped unless someone leaves the company. There aren't many structured training programs or clear paths to senior positions within architectural design. Pay isn't super competitive for the Kuala Lumpur market.
Advice to Management: Create clearer pathways for career progression beyond entry-level for junior architectural staff. Consider offering more advanced workshops or external training opportunities to help employees grow their skills. Show more
