Okay leadership, but good industry exposure

Pros: I got great exposure to the Malaysian real estate industry. You really meet influential people at the networking events. As a Membership Officer, I learned a ton about event coordination and member relations.
Cons: Leadership can be a bit disorganized with project planning. Communication from the higher-ups in the Kuala Lumpur office isn't always clear. Sometimes decisions feel forced without team input.
Advice to Management: Focus on improving internal communication and involving teams more in strategic planning. Clearer project goals would really help everyone. Show more
