Customer Service Representative

Decent for CSRs, But WFH is a Challenge

Pros: As a Customer Service Representative, you do get a little wiggle room for doctor's appointments, which is nice. They're generally understanding if you need to come in a bit late or leave early once in a while, especially in the Kuala Lumpur office. The team for DIY printing supplies is solid.
Cons: Work-from-home isn't really an option for us, which can be tough in this industry. It's mostly an onsite role with pretty fixed 9-to-6 hours, so don't expect a lot of spontaneous work flexibility. Changing shifts last minute is usually a no-go.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more remote options or staggered shifts for Customer Service roles. Even a hybrid model would boost morale and work-life balance for those working with printing supplies. Show more
