Okay Start for Junior Engineers, Culture is Stiff
Pros: Macrospec Sdn Bhd is a solid start for junior software engineers. You get decent training, especially if you're fresh out of uni. It's a corporate environment, so things are structured and stable.
Cons: The company culture can feel pretty old-school and formal. There isn't much room for new ideas in IT development roles. Decision-making for projects is super slow here.
Advice to Management: Encourage more open communication. Empower teams to make decisions faster for IT development projects. The onsite environment could use some cultural updates. Show more
