Pros: The team at my Kuala Lumpur branch was awesome. We really supported each other, especially during busy shifts. It's a solid place to learn patient care and retail operations as a Pharmacist Assistant.
Cons: Leadership feels pretty disconnected from ground operations. Decisions often don't make sense for actual day-to-day work. Communication from higher-ups about policy changes is usually poor, leaving us scrambling.
Advice to Management: Try to spend more time understanding what goes on in the stores. Get feedback from staff on the front lines, not just managers. Better communication would go a long way for us.
