Okay stability, but don't expect much flexibility.

Pros: The job security for a Production Engineer is decent in the metal fabrication industry. You get consistent hours, so planning your personal life around work isn't too hard once you get used to it.
Cons: Work flexibility is a real struggle here, especially for onsite roles. There's no remote option at all, which feels a bit old school. Even shifting hours for an appointment is a big deal, not easy.
Advice to Management: The company should really look into offering even a little bit of flexibility, especially for personal appointments. It would go a long way in boosting morale for the teams in the Shah Alam, Selangor plant. Show more
