Pros: My direct manager was genuinely supportive, which really helped me as a Project Coordinator new to the interior design industry. They're good at landing big fit-out projects, bringing in solid business for the Kuala Lumpur office.
Cons: Upper management often feels out of touch with what's happening on the ground. It's hard to get clear decisions, and priorities shift constantly without much explanation. There's not much room for career growth if you're not in their inner circle.
Advice to Management: Try to be more connected with the daily operations of your teams. Clearer communication and consistent decision-making would make a huge difference, especially for project planning.
