Culture's okay, but growth is a challenge

Pros: The team's really supportive. My fellow Operations Associates in the Kuala Lumpur office are great. We help each other out with daily remittance transactions.
Cons: The company culture feels a bit stagnant. It's tough to see a clear career path, especially for entry-level roles in the remittance industry. There aren't many development opportunities for staff.
Advice to Management: Focus on creating clear progression paths for employees. Invest in training and development programs to boost morale and engagement. Show more
