GD Holdings Group of Companies (“The Group”) was established by Dato’ Sri Yeat Sew Chuong in 2009 with principal activity in real estate, property development and property investment. In 2010, The Group introduced its first development – Green Beverly Hills in Nilai, which is one of International Property Award winners from Asia Pacific 2011. Following the successful launches, The Group unveiled its third development Residensi Lili at Green Beverly Hills and Nilai Vision City.

Nilai Vision City, it is a state-of-art multifaceted development, which made up of four major developments.It will be a 50-acre project with build-up area up to 10 million square feet, consisting of office buildings, luxurious condominiums, hotel, shopping complexes, business districts, educational hub, roof top gardens and many other 5 star graded facilities.Upon completion, Nilai Vision City will also have the largest exhibition and convention centre for building materials in South East Asia.
