Okay for starting out, but growth is slow.

Pros: It's a good place to learn the ropes in general IT services for entry-level Technical Support Engineer roles. You get decent exposure to different client issues if you're new. The team in the Kuala Lumpur office is generally supportive.
Cons: Career growth here is tough; there aren't many clear paths up within the company. It's hard to move beyond basic IT support tasks into more specialized areas. They don't really invest in professional development or advanced training for the IT services industry.
Advice to Management: Management needs to create clearer career paths and invest more in employee training. It would really help retain talent if there were opportunities to move into more advanced IT roles. Show more
