Steady Gig, But Don't Expect Rapid Growth

Pros: Working as a Logistics Coordinator here, I've always felt secure. Brigent is a stable player in the distribution industry, so job security is pretty good. There's a consistent flow of work, no real fear of sudden cuts.
Cons: On the flip side, career growth opportunities aren't great for my role. It can feel like you're stuck in one spot. Also, the pay could be more competitive, especially for the workload in Kuala Lumpur.
