The company started out as an Interior design company providing consultation services, 3D visual drawing, and minor construction works. Throughout the years of studying and understanding the market from both properties and interior design industry, we had solved an abundance of problems faced by the majority of properties investors. Therefore, Naga Reka Impian Sdn Bhd together with our associate companies under the roof of Maxihomes Group of Companies, we created a one-stop service for properties investors to generate their passive income with a peace of mind by providing seminars and workshops for investors on properties knowledge, professional renovation consultation, design and build services, accommodation, and properties management services

Pros: It's a decent place to learn the basics as an Operations Specialist. My direct team lead was really good, always supportive. The onsite work setup in the Kuala Lumpur office means we can easily help each other out.
Cons: Upper management communication is a big issue here. They don't seem to listen much to feedback from the ground. There's not much clear direction for career growth or leadership development for employees.
Advice to Management: Work on clearer communication from senior leadership. Invest in programs for developing team leads into better managers. Listen more to those on the ground, especially for operations specialist roles.
