Pros: You do get to work on some interesting projects in the telecommunications industry. The team's pretty decent, and there's a good hybrid work option if you're in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Cons: Job security is low, especially for Network Engineer roles. Projects can get canceled suddenly. It's hard to feel secure when budget cuts are always rumored. I've seen a few good people leave because of it.
Advice to Management: Please be more open about long-term project stability and future plans. Clear communication would really help employee morale and reduce anxiety about job security.
