Okay for starters, but career growth stalls.
Pros: I got a lot of exposure as a Junior IT Consultant. You work on diverse tech projects in the Kuala Lumpur office. It's a solid way to build foundational skills in IT consulting. They let you take on responsibilities pretty fast, which is good.
Cons: Career growth feels really slow here. There isn't much structure for moving up, especially after your first promotion. Senior consulting roles are hard to come by; it feels like you hit a ceiling quickly. Progression for consulting roles needs way more clarity.
Advice to Management: Management needs to create a clearer career progression path. Especially for those in consulting roles past the junior stage. Investing in more training or mentorship for senior positions would really help with retention. Show more
