Decent Pay, Benefits Could Be Better

Pros: As a Project Coordinator in the Kuala Lumpur office, the base salary is pretty decent for the real estate development industry here. I also appreciate that the annual bonus is quite reliable, which helps out a lot. You generally know what to expect financially each year.
Cons: The health benefits really aren't great compared to other companies, honestly. There's no gym membership or proper wellness programs, which is a bummer. Plus, salary reviews aren't frequent enough for construction roles, making it tough to keep up with inflation.
Advice to Management: I'd suggest management seriously re-evaluate the health benefits package to be more competitive. Also, consider more frequent salary reviews, especially for those in core development roles. Show more
