Okay for starting out in digital media.
Pros: The initial pay for a Junior Media Planner is competitive compared to other local advertising agencies in Kuala Lumpur. They do offer basic health insurance, which is a good perk to have.
Cons: Raises are pretty slow to come by, and the bonus structure isn't very clear. Don't expect huge pay bumps, even after proving yourself in digital advertising roles.
Advice to Management: Be more transparent about salary progression and bonus criteria for all roles, especially for junior staff in this mid-sized advertising agency. This would really help with retention. Show more
