Leadership struggles, but real estate experience is decent
Pros: I gained solid experience in managing various construction projects and understanding the real estate market in Kuala Lumpur. My direct team was supportive and collaborative, which made the day-to-day work for development roles quite manageable.
Cons: The biggest issue is the leadership; communication from the top is often unclear and slow. It's tough to get proper direction or feedback, which really impacts career growth for Project Coordinators. Decision-making feels unorganized, slowing down progress on key tasks.
Advice to Management: Seriously, invest in leadership training and open up communication channels. Project Coordinators need clear guidance to excel in onsite construction projects. Define career paths better and provide consistent feedback. Show more
