Heavy workload, tough for work-life balance

Pros: You get to learn a lot, especially being a Software Engineer in the IT solutions industry. The team is collaborative, and there's some decent hybrid work flexibility at the Kuala Lumpur office.
Cons: But seriously, work-life balance here is a real struggle. Expect to put in a lot of extra hours, especially when project deadlines hit. Weekends aren't always safe from work, which can be draining.
Advice to Management: Management needs to address the heavy workload and project planning. Better resource allocation would help reduce burnout and improve employee well-being. Show more
