Job Security Can Be A Bit Dicey Here

Pros: I did learn a lot about client management and digital marketing strategies. The team in the San Francisco office was really supportive, which helped when things felt uncertain. For Account Manager roles, you get hands-on experience quickly.
Cons: Job security isn't the best, especially when client accounts churn. It felt like my role as an Account Manager was always tied directly to billable hours, which can be stressful. There's not much of a cushion if a big client leaves; it feels like a small firm in that way.
Advice to Management: Try to build a more stable base for employees, not just react to client changes. It would make people feel more secure in their Account Manager positions. Show more
