Pros: The team in the Philadelphia, PA office is pretty solid. I enjoyed the daily patient care and working onsite with the other dental assistants. The benefits package, especially for health insurance, was actually quite decent in the dental industry.
Cons: Work-life balance can be tough sometimes, with some longer days. There's not much room for career growth here, so don't expect big jumps. Pay for Dental Assistant roles could definitely be higher for the workload.
