Decent IT Job, But Work-Life Balance Can Be Tricky
Pros: The team here is pretty supportive, and I've learned a ton about enterprise IT solutions as a Software Developer. They do try to offer some flexibility, which helps when you need it for personal stuff.
Cons: As a Software Developer, you often get crunched with project deadlines, leading to longer hours. It's not uncommon to work past 6 PM, which really impacts your evening plans and personal life.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into better project planning to ease the burden on developers. This would help improve overall work-life balance and prevent burnout among the IT team. Show more
