Pros: The company has pretty solid job security, especially for a tech company in Austin, TX. As a Junior Software Engineer, I've felt my position is stable. They also offer a decent hybrid work model which helps with personal commitments.
Cons: Career progression is really slow here. You'll probably stay in the same role for a while if you're looking for fast upward movement. It's a very corporate environment, so promotions can take ages.
Advice to Management: Management should create clearer career paths and offer more opportunities for internal advancement, especially for newer tech talent. Make the path to Senior Engineer more visible.
