JKI Development Sdn Bhd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jiankun International Berhad ("Jiankun"). 

Jiankun is a property development company listed on Bursa Malaysia. The Group focuses on development primarily in Malaysia.

Moving forward, Jiankun will continue to embark on joint venture arrangements or via project delivery management developing quality commercial and residential projects in and outside of Malaysia.

We will develop smart partnership and collaborative business models to further enhance our effort to build with a difference.
