Fixed Schedules, Not Much Wiggle Room

Pros: The schedule for onsite security roles is pretty consistent. It's easy to plan your personal life when you know your shifts in advance. For folks who like routine, this part is solid.
Cons: There's really no work flexibility, which is tough. As a Security Officer in the Kuala Lumpur office, you're always onsite. Don't expect any remote or hybrid options, even for administrative tasks.
Advice to Management: I understand that security operations often require onsite presence. However, consider if any minor administrative tasks could ever be done remotely, or if there's any way to offer slightly more flexibility for personal appointments, even if it's just swapping shifts more easily.
