Decent place for sales, but watch the market.

Pros: You can get good commissions if you're selling well in the Kuala Lumpur real estate market. They have a decent portfolio of housing projects, so there's usually something new to promote. The onsite office team is pretty supportive, especially for new Property Sales Agents.
Cons: Job security here can feel a bit shaky, especially when the property market slows down; commissions really drop. There isn't much focus on professional development for sales roles; it's mostly 'sink or swim.' Some internal processes for closing deals feel a bit outdated for a mid-sized developer.
Advice to Management: Invest more in training and development for your sales team, especially on market changes. Also, consider a more stable base salary during slower periods to help with job security concerns. Show more
