ATG Nexus Sdn. Bhd., a proud subsidiary of Ancom Nylex Berhad, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our customer base.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, lead the sales team, and identify new business opportunities.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Drive Business Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, social selling, and other sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage the End-to-End Sales Cycle: Lead the complete enterprise sales process, including lead generation, qualification, solution discovery, proposal preparation, negotiation, and successful deal closure.
  • Build and Strengthen Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders by understanding their business needs and delivering value-driven solutions.
  • Develop Sales Strategies and Account Plans: Create and execute territory and account plans, monitor sales pipelines, prepare accurate forecasts, and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with Internal and External Stakeholders: Work closely with presales consultants, technology vendors, implementation teams, and business partners to deliver tailored solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Represent the Company and Drive Customer Success: Promote the company's products and services at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences while preparing quotations, presentations, negotiating commercial terms, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Enterprise Sales Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise IT or software sales, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Business Development & Account Management: Strong ability to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic account plans, manage key customer relationships, and grow existing accounts.
  • Consultative Selling Skills: Proven experience in solution-based selling, with the ability to understand customer requirements, position value-driven solutions, and manage the full enterprise sales cycle.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Technology Solutions Knowledge: Experience selling one or more enterprise technology solutions such as Analytics & Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse/Data Lake, Data Integration, Cybersecurity, ERP, Custom Enterprise Software, or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) solutions.
  • Sales Planning & Reporting: Strong skills in sales forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, account planning, and preparing sales reports using Microsoft Office and AI productivity tools.
  • Industry Experience (Preferred): Experience selling enterprise technology solutions to industries such as financial services, manufacturing, government, or large commercial organizations will be an added advantage.
