Halton Foodservices Finland is looking for a motivated and curious ERP Trainee to support our Dynamics 365 (D365) implementation activities. This temporary position is ideally suited for a student nearing the end of their studies — with the possibility to complete a thesis as part of the assignment. The work begins as soon as possible.
About The Role
As an ERP Trainee, you will play an active role in supporting Halton's ongoing D365 ERP rollout. Halton businesses globally are transitioning to Dynamics 365, and you would be part of the Foodservices Finland team where the ERP implementation is just starting. This role provides hands-on experience in an international business environment and valuable exposure to modern ERP project work.
Your Tasks Will Include
ERP Project Support
- Participating in definition & design work for ERP processes and configurations
- Assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Supporting data migration activities (e.g., collecting, validating, cleaning data)
- Providing go-live support and helping users transition to new functionality
Administrative & Back Office Tasks
In addition to ERP project work, you will support our team with general administrative tasks, which may include:
- Invoicing
- Document preparation
- Data entry and system updates
- Other back office tasks needed to support project progress and daily operations
What We Are Looking For
You may be our ideal candidate if you are:
- A student in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, information systems)
- Interested in ERP systems, process development, or digital transformation
- Systematic, proactive, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working with data and new digital tools
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
No previous ERP experience is required — motivation and willingness to learn are most important.
